Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn, an American actress from America. Her best-known work is her performance as Skyler White in The AMC television drama Breaking Bad for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in A Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Alongside her roles as Martha Bullock and Jean Ward as well, she was a part of The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. She fell in love performing at the age of Preparatory prior to moving to Ohio with her family in late 1970s. She was a theatre student at Northwestern University and spent a time at the British American Drama Academy. Anna performed in Chicago's theater for a number of years before making a move to film and television. Anna's first role of note was Arden who played the role of Arden in Down the Shore. She appeared on 29 episodes. From the start of her career, she appeared as a regular guest on TV and in films like Seinfeld or NYPD Blue. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood for two seasons. Skyler played her part in Breaking Bad. Sully was the Deadwood film as well as other films were also starring her. Gunn was also on scene in David Swimmer's show Sex With Strangers. Also, she appeared in the podcast Numbered Day made up of four plays. The relationship that exists between Walter White and his wife Skyler tends to be the central theme of the tale on Breaking Bad with the strained attraction between the couple and the eventual end of their relationship echoing the same storyline of Walter White's final days of life.
